MT6129 is a highly integrated RF transceiver IC for Advanced Mobile Phone system (AMPS), Global Systems for Mobile communication (GSM), Digital Cellular communication Systems (DCS), and Personal Communication Services (PCS) quad band cellular systems. The MT6129 includes four LNAs, two RF quadrature mixers, a channel filter, a programmable gain amplifier, an IQ demodulator for the receiver, a high precision IQ modulator with offset PLL for the transmitter, an internal TxVCO, a VCXO oscillator, on-chip regulators, and a fully programmable sigma-delta fractional-N synthesizer with an on-chip LC VCO. The MT6129 includes control circuits to implement different operating modes. The device is housed in a 56-pin QFN SMD package with a downset paddle for additional grounding.
