CF745 is a specialy low cost version of 16C54 (PIC16C54C-04/P) and CF775 is a special low cost version of 16C57 (PIC16C57C-04/P). They are speicifically targeted for the Chinese OEM market, especially the consumer electronics market. They are not tested by Microchip and supposly the OEM will test them during programming. They are not supposed to be in the retail market but somehow there are many websites selling them... So you can just use the 16C57C datasheet. Do not use them in production though. |
