CLOCK-in controlled Bipolar Stepping Motor Driver
1. Outline
The TB67S128HG is a PWM controlled two-phase bipolar stepping motor driver
with an integrated clock-in decoder.
Fabricated with the BiCD process, the output rating is 50V/5.0A
(Motor supply voltage = 44 V).

Allows 1/1, 1/2, 1/4, 1/8, 1/16, 1/32, 1/64, and 1/128 step operation.
Constant current PWM control (Mixed Decay)

High voltage and current (for specification, please refer to absolute maximum ratings and operating ranges)
Multiple error detections (Thermal shutdown (TSD), Over current (ISD), and Power-on-reset (POR)).
Built-in VCC regulator for internal circuit
Adjustable PWM chopping frequency with external resistance and capacitor.
