在用PT100实现测温功能的电路开发过程中,为了满足温度测量精度,需对新开发的测温电路进行通道参数标定。为了快速开发,常用电阻来模拟对应温度下的PT100阻值来进行测试。
在本贴中,用了包括QR-10型电阻箱在内的三种设备模拟PT100来对3个通道的测温电路进行标定。
测试步骤:
(1)根据PT100分度表查询标定温度所对应阻值,见表1;
(2)将模拟设备设置输出标定温度所对应的阻值;
(3)将模拟设备输出电阻接入PT100测温电路的输入接口;
(4)根据不同的阻值获取对应的采样电压,然后分析得出标定系数。
