pic10f206耗用时间太长无法进行编程

我使用Pickit 2使用来自pic数据表的标准连接对pic10f206进行编程，每次我尝试对这张图片进行编程，实际上需要几分钟，它什么也做不了，我可以观看15分钟的youtube视频，但仍然无法工作，所以我必须手动中止该程序。在Mac上使用MPLAB X IDE v3.35的rammingim使用El Capitan和高科技PICC v9.83i从/Users/StudioMac/MPLABXProjects/8mmproyector.X/dist/default/./8mm_proyector.X...hex...加载完整的连接到程序员...编程目标...程序...完成运行目标…并且从pickit 2信息窗口我得到这个FoundPICkit2-操作系统版本2.32.0未检测到的目标功率-从PICkit 2 5.002016-07-21 22:12:20擦除目标编程程序存储器(0x0-0x5)编程程序存储器(0x1dc-0x1fe)验证g程序内存（0x0-0x5）验证程序内存（0x1dc-0x1fe）编程配置内存验证配置内存已经检查了来自程序员的电压，并获得4.81万帮助是欢迎。

    Im using the Pickit 2 to program a pic10f206 using the standart connections from the pic datasheet, and everytime i try to program this pic it takes literally several minutes and it simply does nothing, i can watch a youtube video of 15 mins and still wont work, so i have to manually abort the programming

im using MPLAB X IDE v3.35 on Mac using El Capitan and Hi-Tech PICC v9.83

i get the follow message
