I don't think that it has a piezoelectric buzzer, so you would need to buy one and connect it to the board. Read through the board user guide before buying to make sure that it meets your needs.

Digilent, Inc. makes some good learning platforms and they have a distributor in Singapore (see here).  If using a Spartan 6 is a hard requirement of your project, you can use their NEXYS 3 development board.  It doesn't have a buzzer, but you can add an audio jack with amplification with their add on peripherial modules they call PMODs.  There are other Xilinx FPGA development boards (see here) that have displays, switches, buttons, and I/O for PMODs that cost less than the NEXYS 3 platform if the Spartan 6 isn't a requirement.
