I've try to update the firmware to the latest one available (1.40-3.11) but without luck. Every time I get the error : "Firmware checking condition set in engineer program is invalid (eg. wrong amout of firmware revision)." The current firmware in the instrument is : 1.19-3.05 Is there something I can do ? The serial number are : TW46250080 and TW46250022 Thanks you for a fast answer. 0
