Hello Mr. Bob,
 
I know about schematics, voltage and current and datasheets but I have never worked with fpgas.
 
In this document: http://www.xilinx.com/support/documentation/boards_and_kits/ug526.pdf on page 65 I there is the FMC pinout. I guess that is where the avaiable pins to connect this fpga to external devices are. Is seems that there are a lot of them that I cannout use because they are being used by some devices already included in the SP605 board like the blue, orange, red and pink. How about the pins named LAxx_P ou LAxx_N, I guess that N and P is related to differencial pairs and as they don't have a specific net name I can use them anyway I want, right?
 
Is there anywhere a table or something that describes the most commom names used to label nets used to do specific tasks?

In the same document, Table 1-28 is a better guide for signal connections between the FMC connector and the FPGA.
