    Perhaps as an experienced power electronics professional, I might be over-reading the original question but: what do you mean by "power control PWM"?  That question, to me, is so vague I do not really know what you are asking.

you may look into: AN2049, single phase BLDC motor drive with PIC16F1618,
 
Motor Control Starter Kit DM33015, and Application Note AN1160 three phase BLDC motor drive:

There is example code in C there, and projects for MPLAB 8, but it is programmed for dsPIC33FJ16MC102. This device has a Motor Control PWM module which may have differences from what is in your PIC18F2431.
