PICKIT 3读取所有目标设备ID为0000000

    Hello Everyone,
I am facing with the following problem:
MCU: PIC24FJ256GA406
Programmer: PICKIT 3
During the programming process in the MPLAB X IDE 3.5 the following message appears in the PICKIT3 log window:
"Target Device ID (0x0) is an Invalid Device ID. Please check your connections to the Target Device."

- The MCU is built separately with no external components except the recommended minimum connections (User manual Chapter 2.0, Figure 2-1)
- The Configuration Bits (FICD) are set to PGx1 (connected to PGEC1 and PGED1)
- We tried out the default PGx3 also (with PGEC3 and PGED3 connected)
- Internal oscillator selected
PICKit programmer Power Target set to 3.0V (with no external Power)
- External 3.0V power supply (PICKit power target unchecked)
- Failed MCU out of the question (2 times replaced)

We are welcome any useful recommendations.
