I would like to use the FPGA as a simple pre-processor to a wireless RF module. The main purpose is to decimate oversampled data before transferring to the wireless module. Specifically, I need the FPGA to perform the following functions: (1) Receive multichannel digital data – there are 16 data channels coming to the FPGA via SPI serial interface.
