I just posted this in the MPLABX subforum but it's probably more correct in here!

I'm having a little trouble with my compiler license with MPLABX. I was given an evaluation license for XC32 from a supplier as I wanted to try a higher optimisation level to overcome an issue I was having with graphics processing. I think that license was meant to last 60 days, but now it has long expired and when I have tried to upgrade the XC32 compiler to v1.43 I get build errors:

Subscription License has not been renewed - the activation server "http://keyverify.microchip.com" gave the unexpected result -1021
I only need to use the free license now (optimisations up to and including level 1) so is there a way of completely disabling the patch I was given? I'm guessing it's a windows registry entry somewhere?

I have completely uninstalled all versions of the XC32 compiler and then reinstalled the latest version but I still get the warning.
