I Used the above posted VI and modified with build array functions to plug into an excel file. Created a header by writing then reading to a text file (could not figure out how to do this directly to excel). I am fairly new to this whole LabView thing but this VI seems to produce the results that i want, this may be the long way around and there may be a more direct approach. Go ahead an use it if you like, the counter functions were built in Agilent connection expert, then exported the SCPI out into VISA in LV. 附件 Freq setup and write to file.vi26.2 KB
