If you wanted to run in an unsupported mode (I believe the 'B' model PNAs are still supported through April 1, 2014), it is possible to install/run the A.07.50.xx firmware unsupported on units that have WinXP and the 500 MHz CPU. However, the Agilent I/O Libraries are a key dependency of the support for the U2000 series sensors, and if your PNAs are old enough they could have an I/O Libraries version that pre-dated the support for USBTMC SCPI devices such as those power sensors. You would NOT want to try installing a newer version of the I/O Libraries (i.e. Suite 14 or higher) on one of those vintage of PNAs yourself, see this [PNA programming FAQ item 14. The easy way to check whether your old PNA's existing I/O Libraries already have the USBTMC device support, is to try plugging one of your sensors into that PNA and then see if the I/O Libraries' VISA Assistant tool on that PNA shows in its lefthand window pane that it found your sensor.
