  I don't know what drivers are available, but when using SCPI to communicate you can read directly from the instrument.  You may need to refer to your Programmers Guide for the list of SCPI commands.  Any socket communication method should work; you will need your instrument Ethernet IP address and use port number 5025.

For example, on a Linux computer if I send a query ":TRACE? TRACE1" to an E4445A (similar to your instrument), the measurement data is returned as text and comma separated. This can be plotted directly.

I don't have Matlab on the same network as my instruments, but Mathworks shows how to read/write via SCPI:
