      Thank you for your reply.  
 
      The video narrator clearly says that he is conducting a "teardown" of the product.   This term "teardown", in and of itself, clearly leads the viewer to believe that the kit has been built.   Also, the video is not dated to reference when the video when was created.   There is no definite time frame for the customer to rely upon with regard to how far in the past this video was created, therefore, posing the question, "what do you have available in kit form" at the present time is a valid question.   This is all I asked.   In the video, the narrator continually refers to "physical items" which exist on a board which lead the viewer to believe it has been built.   Nowhere in the video does the narrator explicity state that the kit has not been built or that it is in its experimental stage.  
 
      As an employee of Xilinx you should have been instantly aware of what your own company is planning to market in the near future.   You should have understood my initial question and answered it immediately.
 
      Please do not blame the customer for posing a simple question about your company's products.
 
      Thank you for your courtesy, anyway.

It isn't clear what video that you are referring to in your post.  If it was one describing a Xilinx FPGA with an embedded ARM Cortex-A9 MPcore processor then the video should have made it clear that this is a future product and not one that is available today.
 
Current options for your development are
