As far as i have evaluated, the thing is: Each of virtex-5 lx50t GTP supports 2.5 Gbps while data rate of u*** 3.0 is 5 Gbps and i have 4 GTPs unconnected (including SATA,2 SFP and Ethernet) so in my sense this is possible on theoratical basis.
