PLIB_Ports混乱

    Last week I swear I had two GPIO ports setup and working. Assuming I did this correctly, I had setup some defaults in the MHC for pin RB10 - I set the function as 'GPIO' Direction to Out, Latch to Low, Mode Digital. And then in code I made some calls such as:

PLIB_PORTS_PinClear(PORTS_ID_0, PORT_CHANNEL_B, PORTS_BIT_POS_10);
and
PLIB_PORTS_PinSet(PORTS_ID_0, PORT_CHANNEL_B, PORTS_BIT_POS_10);

I had a multimeter connected and it toggled between 0 and 3.3V as I called the functions to toggle back and forth.

Fast forward to today. Now that same RB10 pin is 3.3V regardless of what I set or my toggles. The only thing I have done different since last week is that I for once programmed and booted from the flash rather than the ICD3. I have since gone back to using the ICD3 and it still doesn't work.  I have the same problem with another pin too - same behavior. Did programming the flash do something like lock the pin configuration or something to else that I might be missing? I cannot figure out why it is no longer working.
