AES-KU040-DB-G的部分重配置无法启用

请注意，部分重新配置（PR）功能已添加，现在包含在所有Vivado系统和设计版本（非设备锁定许可证）中，也包含在套件附带的某些设备锁定许可证中。
为什么此PR许可功能未添加到所有设备锁定许可证中，这取决于Xilinx Board Kits Marketing团队的决策。
如果您愿意，可以联系您当地的授权经销商，然后需要联系Xilinx销售代表，然后又与Xilinx板卡套件营销团队取得联系，要求此PR许可证也包括在内。
您收到的这个特定工具包，asonlyBoard Kits Marketing是一个拥有整体发言权和批准权的人，可以在此特定的Device Locked许可文件中添加PR许可。
但是，不幸的是，部分重新配置没有附带您使用此工具包收到的设备锁定许可证，这就是为什么此功能未添加到您的许可证文件中，即使在重新生成后也是如此。

Please note that the Partial Reconfiguration (PR) feature was added and now included in all of the Vivado System and Design editions (non-device locked licenses) and also to some of the Device Locked licenses that come with kits. Why this PR licensing feature  wasn't added to all of the device locked licenses is based on Xilinx Board Kits Marketing team decision. 
If you wish, you can contact your local Authorized Distributor regarding this, who'd then need to contact Xilinx Sales Representative and who'd then, in turn, get in touch with the Xilinx Board Kits Marketing team requesting this PR license to be also included into this specific kit that you have received, as only Board Kits Marketing is the one who will have the overall say and approval in adding in the PR license to this specific Device Locked license file.  
However, unfortunately right now, Partial Reconfiguration doesn't come with the device locked license you have received with this Kit and that is why this feature isn't added in your license file, even after regenerating it.

I'm pleased to announce that the PR feature is now included with all vouchers in all Xilinx kits. 
Therefore, if you regenerate your license file, the PR feature would then be included in your license file.
