MIB2BIB失败了吗？

    I am having difficulty compiling the snmp.mib sample file from Microchip using the mib2bib.exe utility
No File is created and no error output of any kind.

D:tmp>mib2bib snmp.mib

I introduced a syntax error in the snmp.mib and run the mib2bib utility - it generated the same output as above (no Syntax error or error file)- Looks like the MIB file is not being read.
On the other hand if I supply a non-existing file name I get the message that the file does not exist;
Input file file "D:tmpxsnmp.mib" does not exist.

Further, I downloaded the java version of the mib2bib and it does the same thing
java -jar mib2bib.jar tmpsnmp.mib
mib2bib v2.0.0
Copyright (c) 2003 Microchip Technology Inc.

Input MIB File :D:tmpsnmp.mib
Output BIB File:D:binmicrochipsnmptoolssnmp.bib
