嗨,我正坐在并试图了解校准证书中的AUX输入测试。

I don't work for Agilent, and don't know the instrument, but your question got me looking. According to http://cp.literature.agilent.com/litweb/pdf/5989-5479EN.pdf there are two input ranges, which are +/- 1V and +/- 10 V. The spec for the former is 1% + 1 mV and the for latter is 1% + 10 mV. So I would assume on the +/- 1V range the maximum error is 0.01*1+0.001 = 0.011 V = 11 mV, and on the +/- 10 V range, it would be 10*0.01+0.01 = 0.11 V = 110 mV. Hence the maximum permissable error on the +/- 1 V range would be 11 mV, which is what your cal certificate is showing. Is this some sort of low frequency input which you can measure with an A to D in the VNA? If so, I assume one applies a DC voltage to the BNC input, and measures it on the VNA. The error should not exceed that in the specs. Many instruments have some auxiliary input and output connectors, which are sometimes handy, but are not the main purpose of the instrument.
