我正在尝试使用CMD来编程一个设备。我安装了MPLAB V4.00和MPLAB IPE V4.00。当我简单地导航到MPLABtiIPE文件夹并试图从命令提示符中运行PK3CMD甚至IPICOMD时，我得到的错误无法找到JRE。我安装了JR1.1.0Y151和144（它们在程序文件x86 java中显示）。我在这里做错了什么？我可以使用IPE GUI而不存在问题。谢谢。
