That being said, building calsets for application channels (SMC, GCX, NFX, ...) from scratch is not something we would recommend to the average user. it is very easy to put bad data into a calset or create a malformed calset that will cause problems when you try to apply it. some are less complicated than the others, but all the application channel calsets have error terms that go beyond the standard 12-term models that people use traditionally for correcting S-Parameter measurements. while the 12-term models are well known and well documented, the additional error terms that we have created for these applications are unique to Keysight and there is not a lot of public information about them. Of all the ones you have expressed interest in, Noise Figure is by far the most complicated. for that calibration we actually measure the noise parameters of our receiver and that process is not easily replicated manually. the other thing that you need to be aware of before attempting to build your own calsets, is that calsets don't just contain the error terms, they also contain the stimulus conditions of the channel used for the calibration. there are no remote commands for changing the stimulus data in the calset. the only way you can do it is to do a dummy calibration on your actual channel, and then take the resulting calset and modify it using the commands above.
