无法让LA识别购买的Xilinx FPGA动态探测器

我们在2014年购买了具有Xilinx动态探测功能的LA型号16851A，该功能已预先安装。

  We purchased a LA model 16851A in 2014 with Xilinx Dynamic Probe capability, which came preinstalled. Because of software problems, a new hard-disk was installed a week ago with the proper LA software, but without the Xilinx Dynamic Probe SW nor its license. I tried to activate the Xilinx Dynamic Probe capability by proceeding as follows:
a) placing the Xilinx Dynamic Probe license file inside the folder: C:Program Filles (x86)Agilent TechnologiesLogic AnalyzerLicense
b) downloading the Xilinx Dynamic Probe SW
c) restarting the LA
However, the Licenses option (inside Help) keeps on displaying "no licenses are currently checked out" !!!

I would appreciate getting a hint on how to have Xilinx Dynamic Probe SW recognize the purchased license.
