建立MSP432 Ti RTOS空白项目时出现错误 请问是什么原因？

建立MSP432 ti RTOS空白项目时出现如下错误
请问如何解决
文件路径已检查。
在Project - Properties - Build - XDCtools - Command-line pattern 最后面加入 ../empty.cmd 会出现其他错误。
