如何实现两个晶体管Vds = 3V和Ids = 60mA的偏置。 我使用了两个ATF54143晶体管,并在一个晶体管X2(如图所示)Vds = 3v(电压差为3伏,Ids = 60mA)下实现了偏置。 但是我无法在Vds和Ids = 60 mA时在X1晶体管(如图所示)上实现3伏电压的差异。 我按照Active_Feed_Example的例子连接了连接晶体管的有源反馈(如图所示)。 你能帮助我在两个晶体管上实现Vds = 3Volts和Ids = 60mA吗?
