ROC-RK3308B-CC-PLUS使用WINSCP登录提示拒绝访问这个要怎么操作啊

ROC-RK3308B-CC-PLUS  刷了 ROC-RK3308B-CC-PLUS-NoUi-Ubuntu-20200516.img 固件后正常启动。也设置了ROOT密码。使用了WINSCP登录提示拒绝访问！  这个要怎么操作啊？

还有测试了UART口没有打开？
