On A.06.18, I am able to scale both the Smith Chart & Polar Chart using "Ref level" key. Scale is greyed out, as Ref level is the key used to scale these charts. Our PNA network analyzers also have one scale setting; they use scale; we use reference level. Accomplishes the same thing.
