About the scpi command which is similar to DONE, it's not required since if you are sending the SCPI from the Initialized Menu softkeys, it will be already completed.
Eg. send:- ::RADio:MTONe:ARB:SETup:TABLe:PHASe:INITialize Rand
The comamnd would had taken place. You can try it out.
