PSoC Creator在打开项目期间崩溃

你好，
我和PSoC Creator有一个严重的问题。当我试图打开一个现有的项目或创建一个新的，PSoC Creator花很多的时间来打开文本文件（*. C &；* H）。例如，PSoC花了20分钟打开了3个文本文件？
我安装了/UnSTALL，但问题仍然存在。
有什么建议吗？
PS的时间只有一个PSoC给我贴PSF文件描述的错误消息

  Hello,
    I have a serious problem with PSoC Creator. When I am trying to open a existed project or create a new one, the PSoC Creator takes too many time to open the text files (*.c & *.h). For example PSoC did take 20 mins to open 3 text files?
    I did install / unistall but the problem is still there
    Any suggestion?
     
    PS Only one time PSoC gave me the error message described on attached PSF file
