  Hi, all

I am dealing with one signal generator, it is using the VCP to realize USB driver control, as for the connection or remote control, it is using the serial communication. (maybe I am mistaken?)

When it is installed, I could see it in the desk manager, appearing as COM3, however, in VEE program, I/O instrument manger, it can not be identified.  

I also have agilent E4440A, it can be identified as e4440a@718
but for this SG, I can see it as @3, missing the name

Anyone could give me some help?
