Hi @dariush84,
 
If you want to use older version of core then in older version of Vivado, create BD add the IP, generate all its output products. If needed you can add other IP's. Now, migrate this project to the new version of Vivado. You will see the IP gets locked it shows warnings asking you to update, but the tool will still be able to use IP output products used in initial project.

If you do not upgrade, the IP will stay locked and you can't make any changes to it. So it is preferable to upgrade.
