You can't turn-off webtalk for webpack as user preference is ignored.

Hey guys, thanks for the quick replies
 
The message seems to be info, not error, and everything seems OK.
I know I can disable it.
However, I'm curious whether the ISE webtalk is still supported and working for Xilinx. I'm troubled whether is it indeed a network problem in my department.
