N9020A频率测量精度

您好,我正在使用MXA N9020A从发电机执行频率测量。
设定频率和测量频率之差除以设定频率大约为0.1 ppm我可以声明这是我测试的准确度吗?

I'm using the MXA N9020A to perform Frequency Measurements from a generator.
The difference between set frequency and measured frequency divided by the set frequency was roughly 0.1 ppm

The frequency accuracy of the MXA can be calculated by using the Frequency accuracy specification for the N9020A MXA in the Specifications Guide below:

On page 22 there is an equation given for the frequency readout accuracy:

±(marker freq × freq ref accy. + 0.25% × span + 5% × RBWa + 2 Hz + 0.5 × horizontal resolution)


The Frequency Reference Accuracy equation is given below for the MXA on page 21 :

±[(time since last adjustment × aging rate) + temperature stability + calibration accuracy]


The values for the above term are given on this page as well.

This assumes that the references between the source and the analyzer are not locked.
