To help others who may find the answer from Agilent *telephone* tech support useful since this question was answered here by anyone from Agilent, the last value (2.4059 uH) is a calculated value and displayed as a convenience for the user.

  For the Agilent 8753ES the same holds true.  The VNA calculates it, displays it, but doesn't output it over GPIB as far as I have been able to tell.
