Xilinx更新无法手动下载

下载ise / edk 9.2i服务包时也遇到同样的问题。
我有稳定的Kbps ADSL连接。
我认为xilinx的服务器不支持简历。

I also face same problem while downloading ise/edk 9.2i service packs. I have stable Kbps ADSL connection.
I think the servers from xilinx does not support resume. Can any one tell me alternate way of  downloading.

Hey,
 
If you're having problems downloading a single file download of an installation file then you should consider using the automated xilinxupdate tool that will download and install the updates for you.  You can launch this by going to Help -> Xilinxupdate from within ISE.  If you're still having problems try using a different computer to download the updates.  Finally if nothing else helps you could try contacting your FAE to see if they can send you the updates or open a webcase and see if you can get the updates from an FTP server.

Same problem again for me too with ISE 11.3.  The xilinx.entitlenow.com method yields the following message:
 
The Download Manager helps ensure that your Xilinx product download is successful. If your internet connection is temporaily lost or your computer is restarted, the Download Manager is able to continue the download process where it left off.
You are being presented with a browser security warning regarding the installation of this Download Manager. By accepting the Akamai Technologies Inc. security certificate, the Download Manager will install and begin to download the requested file.
 
and a Security Information message pops up saying:
 
This page contains both secure and nonsecure items. Do you want to display the nonsecure items?
 
Whichever way this question is answered, the behaviour is the same -- the message about the Download Manager disappears, and nothing further happens.  It just doesn't work for anyone in our company and never has.
 
This means I'm reliant on the Help -> Xilinxupdate from within ISE method mentioned above by davidch.  For the 11.2 update, at least this workaround worked.  For the 11.3 update, it didn't work yesterday, and it's not working today either.  :smileysad:

For 11.3, The Single File Download method from xilinx.com is the only one available.  The XilinxUpdate method should be live next week.  The latter method was delayed to ensure adequate testing.
