Xilinx ISE 11.1 Webpack不会开设新项目

I've developed this very same problem using ISE 11.1.  I can do everything but create a new project (including cloding and opening already created projects).  I didn't get this error right away after installing ISE webpack, rather I've created about 4 projects and hav now just run into this issue!  oolesen80, did you ever find a fix?
