Currently, we are sampling our PSoC 6 devices, production release will be in mid-late May. If you require samples today, please get in contact with your local Cypress Sales person, or local distributor/rep. They will be able to help you with getting samples if you need. In the meantime, we do have our PSoC 6 BLE Pioneer Kit  with the CY8C6347BZI-BLD53 device on there, you can find it at www.cypress.com/cy8ckit-062-ble if you want to get started and evaluate our PSoC 6 MCU.
 
As for the QFN package, we currently do not have one, but plan to release one towards the end of this year.
