Ok, definitely doable but not the most straightforward application of the charts. I have attached an example which looks like your spreadsheet.
Notes:
all of the inputs to the mappings are Data -> Constant -> Real64 but in
general it is easier to read the program if (a) object titles are
changed with something short & meaningful & (b) they are then minimised
change the trace colours ( names and so forth ) by clicking on Trace 1
on the LHS of the graph or you can get to them by going into the
properties ( left lower window ), find Traces and click on the ... to
open a dialog box
the Y scale can be changed from auto to fixed by clicking on Y name,
likewise X scale with X name or both can be set as noted above but for
the Scales properties
Add extra traces to the graph by the graph object's menu Add Terminal ->
Data Input...
Likewise to add the mapping values pins to the Data -> Access Array ->
Set Mappings objects, click on the objects menu Add Terminal -> Data
Input then select Map From 1, do the same again to get the Map To 1
input pin.
If anything is not clear then keep asking!
