8562EC上的非功能性RPG光学编码器不起作用

*（还发现它缺少探头功率）。*因此可能没有电缆或供电分支。
我有服务指南，但没有显示前面板接线的CLIP。

  Anyone ever run across a problem on the 8562E/EC where the **** function did not work and changing the RPG did not fix the problem? All of the keyboard works and the up and down buttons. There are no errors shown on the display. The only other odd thing is the power (line) LED is not on. *(Also just found that there is it's missing probe power).*  So maybe a cable is not quite on or a supply branch out. I have the service guide but not a CLIP that would show the front panel wiring.

Can anyone help?
