Yes. The only difference is the operation temp. grade.
Automotive grade for this part was only for limited distribution that is why it was not mentioned in the general datasheet.
However this part has been retired and is not recommended for new designs. For new and current designs, S29GL256S supersede S29GL256N. We also have a migration guide which compare the difference between these two products.

We did find some stock for the old part # S29GL256N11TAA020 which can be used for our legacy design in place of industrial grade part S29GL256N11TAI020.
