0 目前RDA锐迪科（上海）微电子有招聘layout相关的岗位，有意向在上海工作的同学可以关注版图设计工程师 & Layout Design Engineer 工作描述：基于CMOS等半导体设计工艺、电路原理图，开发物理版图设计完成LVS/DRC/ERC/ANT等验证/分析根据项目设计流程，参与流片相关事宜职业要求：微电子、电子工程或物理学等相关专业本科或更高学历，有一定工作经验或可靠培训机构（如ICC）的版图培训证书者优先懂得以下单项或多项版图设计原理：模拟电路，混合信号，标准单元对ESD有一定的了解熟悉集成电路设计的整个开发流程，熟悉CMOS工艺制程熟练掌握Virtuoso/Calibre/Hercules/Assura和Star_RC工具熟悉UNIX/LINUX操作系统富有事业心和团队合作精神，沟通表达能力良好工作地点：上海联系方式： xiaoyingwang@rdamicro.com IC Layout Design Engineer Description This position will work with RF design team using CMOS technologies to advance high performance RF design. You will finish physical layout floor planof CMOS design, and perform block building level layout, LVS/DRC verification. Additionally, you will perform verification(LVS/DRC etc) of layout to the full-chip level, and assist in project tape out. Requirement -Bachelor degree (or above) in Microelectronic/ Integrated Circuit/ Electrical Engineering or other relatedengineering field. -With work experience or layout certificateis a plus. -Proficiency with Cadence Virtuoso, Virtuoso/ Calibre/ Hercules/ Assuraand Star_RC tools. -Familiar with ICdesign flow and CMOS process. -Familiar with UNIX/LINUX. -Motivation, communication and teamwork arerequired.
