我們研究製作Ultra-Violet磊晶片,並採用II-VI化合物材料,摻雜I價或III價的材料,製作了R、G、B三原色的螢光體。螢光體能將300nm至400nm的UV波段吸收並轉換成白光。LED的外部以 micro Lens來改善量子效率,預期發光效率可提升至50﹪。 Abstract After the fabrication of Ultra-Violet Chip, and doping column I or III element into the II-VI compounds, we have R, G, B three original colors fluorescence phosphorous. The mixture of these three colors can absorb the UV light from 300 nm to 400 nm and transforms it into white light.
