Yun On Chip (YoC) is a basic software platform based onRTOS. It provides SoC developers with unified low-level aRVM-CSI APIs as well as business developers with IoT edge solutions in different fields-oriented, including Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, voice, and multimedia. YoC provides an edge-cloud integrated development environment (IDE) called Jianchi CDK and system performance analysis tool, whichhelp developers simplifying development process and locating issues rapidly. Functional component building blocks can be deployed in a flexible manner, helping SoC vendors and developers quickly implement to create chip SDK . Combined with the functional services provided by OCC such as IoT device OTA upgrade and device provision in order to reduce the product development period and make the development of terminal product easier. Basic components YoC(Yun on Chip)--Open OS on IoT Since the loT chip market is relatively fragmented, breakthroughs in design methodology and infrastructure are required to solve the technical and productization problems in chips. To address this problem, T-Head developed YoC, which is a basic software platform. From the start of its establishment, YoC has been positioned as a full-stack IoT technology platform for efficient full-chain design from edge to cloud. The YoC platform is mainly composed of the following layers:
Features of YoC Unlike other development platforms, the YoC platform complies with the IEC 61508 industrial standard in terms of code. Embedded platforms can be optimized deeplyin terms of code density. More than 1000 test cases for automation testing are provided,toensure code quality. The AliOS-Things kernel is natively supported. In addition, the YoC platform has four major features: minimalist development, component building block development, rich IoT components, and domain-oriented software framework.
