At Software Development and Innovation Center of NTG SSE(Software and Solutions Engineering) of PRC, we look for a lead technicalcontributor to join us on SW development and innovation for IA based tabletproducts. The team is in the early forming stage and provides a greatopportunity to play a key role in building the organization and capabilitiesfrom the ground up. As an architect in the Software Development and InnovationTeam, you will work with key customers, independent technology suppliers,marketing, engineering management and architects from multiple disciplines tonegotiate, architect, and lead implementation of a wide range of highcomplexity features and systems, analyze requirements, and define softwarestrategies. You will also work with driver architects, silicon architects toinfluence the architecture of future silicon products and help softwaredevelopment teams with understanding, scoping, and planning implementationwork. You will lead debug of especially difficult problems involving hardwareand/or multiple software subsystems, and develop prototypes to evaluate orillustrate new technologies, designs, etc. You will also be responsible fordriving continuous improvements in NTG software development processes andproduct quality and for technical mentoring of other engineers within thesoftware team. 职位所需技能 Bachelors degreein Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, orequivalent. Minimum of 10 years developing software drivers and/or embeddedfirmware plus 2 years of software and/or system architecture experience withcomplex embedded systems (including high performance GFX and video/audioprocessing). Demonstrated success in designing and leading implementation ofcomplex software architectures to aggressive deadlines and involving multipleteams. Must have strong knowledge of Linux/Android internals, drivers and RTOSconcepts. Windows embedded experience is a big plus. Experience with leadingcollaborative SW/driver development is also required. Knowledge of IA/PC systemarchitecture and experience with development of consumer based devices such astablets, mobile phones or set top boxes is highly desirable.
