烧写不能进入系统该怎么办？

烧写资料中的uboot、uImage、fs：jz2440/CD5--ziliao/bin/下的u-boot.bin
jz2440/CD5--ziliao/bin/下的uImage
jz2440/CD5--ziliao/bin/下的fs_mini.yaffs2

均使用u***烧写到nand：
