    Segger emWin library can be used with Harmony. The 1.09 as well as 2.01b harmony versions have two segger applications, emwin_quickstart and segger_emwin that can show you examples of segger emWin library use in the harmony environment.
 
The emwin_quickstart application is a simple application showing how to develop a harmony application to do some really simple graphics that uses segger tools and segger emwin library. 
The segger_emwin application explores the emWin library capabilities in depth however it does not have touch and other harmony system services integrated into it. 
The integration of SEGGER emWin into Harmony is not as easy and quick as that of the harmony graphics itself - old as well as new. But depending on your requirement it can offer you advanced features which the old harmony library might not have as of now.

 The old library works fine for what I need.
But it is abandoned and let in a half done state.  It has things left hanging that will never be fixed.
Keeping it means being stuck with a Harmony version that is in maintenance and will likely be legacy before I ship my first production unit.
Options:
1. Pull the library code and attach it manually to 2.XX, See if I can get the old Asset Utility to work stand alone.
-This would be the least work, and has the advantage of being able to use it as it was made to be used.
2. Switch to the New one and assume it will actually work as promised in the next 6 months.
- Their track record and responsiveness is not good. And it will be alot of work.  Worse there are no details, just PowerPoint Bullets.
3. Use someones working Tool.
- Unknown about how easy it is to use, how flexible, How well supported.
 
I see the examples.
But it would be nice to hear from someone that actually used it.
