Right now, it seems like the fault/inhibit is being setup after the turn-on and it fails to pick up an OCP condition that happens shortly after the turn-on before the fault/inhibit setup. My suggestion to be to setup the fault/inhibit system(send over the necessary commands) before the outputs are triggered to turn on. This will allow the power supply to pick up an OCP event at turn-on and consequently shutdown the outputs. Other than changing the sequence of the setup, as described, i don't see a shortcut to doing this fault/inhibit setup. Let me know if I've addressed the your question. Steven |
