Attached is an example of how to load a N7624B .scp file, generate the waveform, then play it out using CSharp (C#).
You will need to:
1)  Add References
2)  Set the IO connection to match your source - string inst = "tcpip0::xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx::INSTR";
3)  Point to you stored .scp file - m_API.OpenSettingsFile("Settings file name");

Using Microsoft Visual C# .NET, or a similar IDE, open the API_TEST project (...SamplesControlByGUIAPI_TEST.sln).  This displays a .NET API graphical user interface with two API mode selections

Please try the following procedure:

1)     Make sure that all of your project, solution, resource, configuration, and source files have been added to the current solution.
2)     Build the solution with no errors.
3)     If no errors run the solution.
                the User Program window should now pop up
4)     Select “With GUI” button for the API mode.
                this should start up the N7624B GUI
5)     Enter the I/O address of your E4438C in the “Output Device “ text box found in the User Program window.
6)     Click on the “Config Hardware” button.
7)     The N7624B GUI window should now display “Ready|Connected” (lower left corner)
8)     In the User Program menu click on the “Generate” button.
                you should see activity in the N7624B GUI window
9)     Click on the “Download” button.
                You should again see activity in the N7624B GUI window as well as see the waveform loading bar displayed by your E4438C

If you run in to problems please report the exact error and the exact step in which it occurred.
