However, it addresses the OPERATING thermal considerations. I just want to know if it will survive temp cycling up to 85C or 105C NON-operating. I think it would survive 85 C if Tamient operating calculations were calculated to be 55C without heatsink. The temperature cycle profile is really temperature shock. 10 minutes at 85 and then 10 minutes at cold, say -40 C. 5 cycles. I was wondering about the encapsulant. I will test operating at 40 C as I think that is the highest temperature with the heatsink selected. Thanks |
